About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Server to join our restaurant team in Mumbai. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scene items for service.
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring their comfort throughout the meal.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to service standards and operating manuals.
• Minimise breakage, spoilage, and waste during service.
• Accurately create and collect bills for all services rendered.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management or the supervisor.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, kitchen, and stewarding staff.
• Inform the immediate supervisor of any significant problems or unusual matters.

Required profile

• Must be based in Mumbai and able to work on‑site.
• Strong interest in understanding the processes of other restaurant departments.
• Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and stewarding teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant service standards and procedures.
• Ability to handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
