About the role
Join the Flight Physics department at Airbus India in Bengaluru for a 6‑month internship focused on aerodynamics. You will work on aero shape design, data production, and modelling while supporting the aircraft design process from research to in‑service support.
Key responsibilities
- Design and assess aerodynamic shapes for aircraft concepts.
- Produce and model aerodynamic data using CFD and related tools.
- Collaborate with the Flight Physics team across all design stages, including R&T, preliminary and detailed design, product improvement, and service support.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in aerospace engineering.
- Strong curiosity, problem‑solving ability, and teamwork orientation.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of aircraft design.
- Understanding of external aerodynamics.
- Experience with CFD tool chains.
- Data analytics, scripting, or automation capabilities.
