Financial Analyst II – Global Real Estate & Facilities FP&A

About the role

Amazon’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team is looking for a Financial Analyst II to support financial analysis and vendor management across its worldwide portfolio of office properties. You will partner with regional finance, facilities, and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for GREF.
• Manage vendor lifecycle activities including set‑up, purchase order creation, invoice processing and payment support.
• Own monthly OPEX accruals and ensure accurate controllership.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives to streamline regional and global reporting, close‑out, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop automated solutions and simplify reporting workflows.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on issues impacting financial data and drive corrective actions.
