Financial Analysis Manager (B2C/L4B) - India Markets

About the role

Logitech is hiring a Financial Analysis Manager for its India markets (B2C/L4B). The role acts as a strategic and analytical partner to the designated team within the Finance function, providing leadership in financial planning and data analysis to drive balanced, profitable growth while ensuring financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quarter-end close processes and coordinate with controllership to ensure compliance with policies and standards
• Collaborate with the cluster business team, regional category teams, finance peers and the supply chain team, and partner with cluster sales heads on sound financial decisions
• Own the Profit and Loss by managing budgets and ensuring predictability while delivering business results
• Lead the designated team(s) through data-based analytics, trends and key insights
• Aid in preparing the annual operating plan and run quarterly business planning reviews
• Monitor KPIs such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through/Sellout, Channel Inventory and Operating Expenses
• Manage performance dashboards for channels and GTM P&L, set quotas and oversee quarterly commissions processes

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years of FP&A experience in Consumer Electronics, IT or FMCG
• Strong analytical ability and proven ability to drive change and influence business results
• Self-motivated and independent in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Familiarity with Tableau, Oracle and Hyperion is a plus
