Finance Project Coordinator

About the role

The Finance Project Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for Pharmacovigilance technology consulting, system implementation, and managed services projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Operations, Finance, Delivery, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup in management and time‑tracking tools (e.g., Harvest) and maintain accurate project information.
• Support contract authoring, client onboarding/off‑boarding, and track work order and contract end dates.
• Monitor weekly timesheet submissions, validate resource utilization, and resolve allocation discrepancies.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, status reports, and operational records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Delivery teams to support project execution and scheduling.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or related field; MBA in Finance preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO or project administration within IT consulting, life sciences, healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience supporting software implementation, consulting or managed services projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Harvest, Microsoft Project or similar project‑management and time‑tracking tools.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills.
• Familiarity with Pharmacovigilance systems such as Oracle Argus Safety, ARISg, Veeva Vault Safety.
