Finance Director – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Finance Director will lead the Finance department of a luxury hotel, ensuring financial integrity, compliance and strategic support for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to the Finance department.
• Monitor budgetary performance and key performance indicators.
• Liaise with company auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the organization.
• Implement Materials Policies & Procedures in line with local legislation while maintaining brand standards.
• Develop accounting admissions, credit/collections and internal control policies.

Required profile

• Strong process orientation and leadership abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on operational efficiencies.
• Good judgment in decision‑making and ownership of projects.
• 8‑10 years of progressive luxury hotel experience, including at least 3 years in a similar senior finance role.
• Strong operational/technical knowledge; Chartered Accountant preferred.
• Pre‑opening experience considered an advantage.
