Finance Controlling and Reporting Senior Specialist

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Finance Controlling and Reporting Senior Specialist to own the planning, reporting and month‑end processes for one or several entities. You will ensure accurate IFRS corporate reporting, drive variance analysis and support business reviews while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, collect and consolidate financial data; upload to reporting systems.
• Deliver complete, accurate and timely IFRS corporate reports for assigned entities.
• Manage month‑end review, facilitate meetings, maintain risk register and coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis on P&L, margins, profitability and balance‑sheet items.
• Participate in business review meetings and provide insightful commentary.
• Own entity P&L decisions, ensure statutory sign‑off with Finance Director.
• Support internal and external audits and cooperate with tax providers on VAT, CIT and other taxes.

Required profile

• Accounting degree or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5+ years post‑qualification experience in financial reporting, planning, controlling or audit.
• Proven experience working in a control/SOX environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
• Leadership and team‑management experience.
