About the role
The Finance Controller will lead the financial management of the Green Ammonia Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in Odisha. This senior position oversees accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, budgeting, compliance and governance for a large‑scale capital project.
Key responsibilities
- Financial Accounting & Control for the SPV
- Project Cost Control and CAPEX monitoring
- Regulatory and statutory compliance
- Project Commercial Finance management
- Management Reporting & MIS preparation
- Audit coordination and governance oversight
Required profile
- 12‑18 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in accounting and financial control of large capital projects
- Experience with SPV accounting and reporting
- Proven CAPEX control expertise
- Tax and statutory compliance knowledge
