Finance Business Partner Manager – Core Payments & Consumer

About the role

The Manager, Finance Business Partner (FBP) for Core Payments and Consumer acts as a senior advisor to product, commercial and regional leadership. The role drives profitable growth, enables strategic decision‑making and shapes the financial architecture for high‑priority product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product and commercial teams across Core and Consumer Payments to provide financial insight and guidance.
• Support the financial close process by analysing variances against budgets, forecasts and prior‑year actuals.
• Implement and maintain processes for timely regional revenue forecasts and budgeting, using Hyperion.
• Develop engagement and reporting procedures between RHQ, divisions, Global Markets and functional groups.
• Generate performance analysis on revenue, expense and contra, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Prepare management reporting packages and financial presentations for regional and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; MBA/CA/CPA preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in finance, planning, analysis or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities with solid business understanding.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate results in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
