Field Sales Manager – Credit Card Sourcing

About the role

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for generating credit card applications by actively sourcing and engaging potential customers through field visits, referrals and networking. The role focuses on matching customers with suitable credit card products while ensuring a high level of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers to source credit card applications via designated locations, field visits, referrals and networking.
• Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable credit card products based on eligibility and lifestyle.
• Meet monthly sourcing targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Track performance metrics, report progress regularly and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, providing prompt solutions and accurate information.
• Develop a thorough understanding of credit card offerings, features, benefits and usage guidelines (training provided).
• Leverage customer references and personal networks to close deals.
• Ensure all applications are complete, accurate and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
