Field Sales Executive, Senior Executive & Group Lead – West Bengal

About the role

Paytm is hiring full‑time, on‑site field sales professionals for the Rampurhat subdivision in West Bengal. You will work directly with local merchants and customers to promote Paytm’s digital payment solutions, onboard new users, and help them use the app and UPI services.

Key responsibilities

• Visit businesses daily to demonstrate product features and explain digital payment benefits.
• Resolve basic customer queries and ensure active usage of Paytm services.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and meet sales and activation targets.
• Senior Executives and Group Leads will supervise small teams, track performance, and support training and motivation.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for face‑to‑face engagement.
• Basic understanding of digital payments, UPI, and mobile apps.
• Ability to work independently, manage daily schedules, and achieve performance targets.
• Higher secondary education minimum; a graduate degree is an advantage.
• Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English.
• Prior field sales experience in financial services or FMCG is a plus.
