Field Sales Executive – Jewellery Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote our range of jewellery manufacturing tools and equipment across Rajkot and surrounding territories. The role focuses on building client relationships, driving sales growth, and representing Samyak Equipments Pvt. Ltd. in the jewellery industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand client needs and demonstrate how our products meet manufacturing requirements.
• Present and sell the full product portfolio, including casting tools, wax consumables, dies and machinery.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably with industrial or technical products.
• Understanding of the jewellery manufacturing sector is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid driving licence.
