Field Sales Executive – Jewellery Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive growth for our jewellery manufacturing equipment portfolio in Coimbatore and surrounding regions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting a comprehensive range of tools and machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with jewellery manufacturers, dealers and industry professionals.
• Present, promote and sell casting tools, wax products and other manufacturing equipment to prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate technical benefits.
• Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline within the assigned schedule.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar B2B sales role.
• Experience in the jewellery manufacturing or industrial equipment sector is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
