Field Sales Executive – Business Development

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will drive client acquisition for Justdial across the assigned territory in Amritsar. You will meet local businesses, present Justdial’s advertising solutions and secure paid registrations, contributing to revenue growth and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Visit commercial establishments within the designated area and present Justdial’s service offerings.
• Demonstrate the platform, explain features, and showcase the benefits for the client’s business.
• Collect and record business information, upload geo‑coded photos, and ensure accurate profile updates in the Justdial database.
• Explain contract terms, tenure, and pricing; address client queries and negotiate agreements.
• Submit signed contracts and documentation to the office and follow up to confirm payment clearance and account activation.
• Send daily Key Parameter Monitor (KPM) reports to reporting managers.
• Adhere to departmental compliance, policies, and performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Hindi (or other regional language).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain services and handle client objections.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions accurately.
• Own a two‑wheeler for field visits.
