Field Sales Executive – B2B (Kanpur & Lucknow)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to expand our B2B distribution of pop‑culture collectibles, anime figurines and premium home‑decor items across Kanpur and Lucknow. You will be the on‑ground link between our brand and retail partners, driving sales through relationship building and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Visit gift shops, home‑decor stores, gaming outlets and corporate clients in the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and present product range to potential buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and purchasing managers.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or retail environments.
• Own a two‑wheeler and comfortable traveling within Kanpur and Lucknow.
• Based in Kanpur.
• Self‑driven, honest and able to work independently.

What we offer

• Fixed salary of ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month.
• Commission of 5–8 % on every sale with no cap.
• Quarterly performance bonus.
• Potential total earnings of ₹25,000–₹30,000+ per month when target of ₹2 Lakh is met.
