Field Recruiter – Delivery Partner Hiring (Mumbai)

About the role

Licious is expanding its operations across Mumbai and needs energetic field recruiters to lead the hiring of delivery partners and riders. You will work directly in the field, engaging candidates, managing onboarding, and supporting operational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end field recruitment and candidate engagement for delivery partners.
• Coordinate with operations and hub teams to align hiring needs.
• Drive daily hiring targets while ensuring quality onboarding.
• Contribute to operational excellence and overall business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivery partner/rider hiring (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Mumbai and local hub areas.
• Ability to source candidates through field activities, vendors, and referrals.
• Experience handling onboarding, documentation, and joining processes.
• Comfortable meeting daily targets and performing field work.
• Preferred background in logistics, e‑commerce, quick commerce, or food‑delivery hiring.
• Minimum education: 12th pass.
