Field Partner Leader – MEA (India, Middle East & Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a tenacious, results‑driven Field Partner Leader to build and run Redis’s channel and distribution business across India, the Middle East and Africa. You will own the partner strategy, recruit and manage a diverse ecosystem of distributors, VARs, system integrators, MSPs and hyperscalers, and report directly to the VP, Partner Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a coherent distributor and partner strategy for each sub‑region while aligning with overall business goals.
• Recruit, onboard and manage coverage across all partner types, closing white‑space opportunities.
• Develop joint business plans and run quarterly business reviews to track pipeline, commitments and performance.
• Design and deliver partner enablement programs covering product, sales and technical readiness.
• Own pipeline and forecast governance, providing accurate, timely revenue forecasts.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of quota‑carrying channel, partner sales or distribution management experience, preferably across India, the Middle East or Africa.
• Proven track record of building and running distributor strategies, including partner recruitment and performance management.
• Strong remote relationship‑management skills with ability to influence partners across multiple countries and cultures.
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM and partner‑program management.
