Fiber Sales Training Lead

About the role

The Fiber Sales Training Lead will drive learning initiatives for FTTH teams across the assigned geography. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enable the field force to meet sales and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs for FTTH teams and define learning objectives.
• Develop conventional and non‑conventional training programs and methodologies.
• Conduct learning interventions aligned with business requirements.
• Mentor field resources and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage a team of master trainers to guarantee effective delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions.
• Leverage data analytics to improve learning outcomes.
• Create new interventions based on evolving business needs.
• Facilitate behavioral workshops for the field force.
• Design and deliver coaching workshops.

Required profile

• B.E. or Master's degree in Business Administration (Human Resources preferred).
• 10‑12 years of relevant experience in sales training, preferably within telecom or fiber networks.
