F&B Executive – Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Executive to join our team at Escobar in Bandra West, Mumbai. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations to maintain smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality and hospitality.
• Coordinate activities between kitchen, bar and floor staff for seamless operations.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness and compliance with FSSAI and safety regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Supervise and train service staff on SOPs, grooming and service standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning and manpower management.
• Support inventory control, stock ordering and vendor coordination.
• Oversee billing, KOT management and cash handling procedures.
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions and guest engagement.
• Participate in planning and execution of events, parties and special promotions.
• Monitor daily sales, generate reports and track operational performance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑groomed and presentable appearance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
