F&B Associate

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as an F&B Associate and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work alongside talented culinary and service professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in food preparation, service, and presentation while embodying the brand’s hospitality values.

Key responsibilities

• Support service staff with table set‑up, food and beverage service, and clearing.
• Greet guests, answer basic inquiries, and ensure a welcoming dining environment.
• Prepare dining areas before service, maintaining cleanliness, layout, and stock readiness.
• Participate in training to learn F&B standards, service protocols, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth, timely operations.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as defined by hotel policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to ensure precise setup, presentation, and service.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.
• Effective multitasking and teamwork skills.
