About the role
The F&B Associate will support food and beverage operations at New Mumbai International Airport, ensuring guests receive high‑quality service and meals. This position is ideal for individuals starting a career in hospitality or those with relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present food items according to established standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in all preparation and service areas.
- Assist in kitchen operations and daily food preparation to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle guest service and F&B operations, delivering a positive dining experience.
- Keep work areas clean and support the team during peak hours for efficient service.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in the food and beverage sector is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts to meet airport operational needs.
