F&B and Event Service Expert

About the role

As an F&B and Event Service Expert you will help create memorable guest experiences by delivering seamless food, beverage and event services. You will work closely with the kitchen, event team and guests to ensure every detail is taken care of from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables, event materials and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
• Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies; report any incidents or maintenance needs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to brand standards and communicate clearly.
• Support team members to achieve common goals and meet quality expectations.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting objects up to 25 lb, bending, twisting and moving supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant food‑and‑beverage or event service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Goa.
• Willingness to follow safety training and certifications.
