Extrusion Machine Operator – uPVC Profiles

About the role

The Extrusion Machine Operator will set up, run and monitor extrusion equipment that produces uPVC window profiles, ensuring safe material handling and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machinery for uPVC window profiles.
• Adjust machine parameters and perform basic maintenance.
• Load and handle materials safely throughout production.
• Inspect output for dimensional accuracy and visual quality, documenting any defects.
• Coordinate with the quality team to maintain product standards.
• Keep the work area organized and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Ability to operate and oversee extrusion and related industrial machinery.
• Experience in quality control and inspecting finished products.
• Proficiency with hand tools for routine adjustments and minor repairs.
• Effective communication to coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial safety practices.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or mechanical trades is an advantage.
