About the role
The Executive – Technical Compliance will support the compliance function by managing suspension letters, preparing reports, coordinating audits, and ensuring data integrity across SharePoint platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Issue suspension/withdrawal letters and monitor suspensions.
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly TIQ reports.
- Assist the LTM in organizing annual auditor meetings, Impartiality Committee meetings and MRM, including follow‑up and data sourcing.
- Manage folders and documents on SharePoint CERSAR, library and technical folders, and grant appropriate access to staff and auditors.
- Conduct fraud prevention activities through data sourcing and follow‑up.
- Coordinate, plan and support routine surveillance audit report reviews as required by CER MS.
- Handle the technical common mailbox.
- Analyse and compile certification/accreditation related data.
- Maintain weekly dashboards for contract review data.
- Ensure protection of company assets and compliance with IT policies, ethics, safety and financial discipline.
