Executive – Sales & Commercial (Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive to manage the commercial and vendor‑related activities that support our marketing initiatives across India. The role will act as a bridge between external vendors and internal finance, accounts and brand teams, ensuring smooth procurement, accurate invoicing and timely delivery of marketing collaterals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of goods and services required for marketing campaigns, negotiate terms and manage agreements.
• Raise purchase orders, ensure timely payments and maintain vendor account hygiene (open advances, GRs, no‑due certificates, monthly provisions).
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as corporate accounts, taxation, SSC, branches, IT and finance for routine commercial activities.
• Work with the marketing warehouse and sales commercial teams to dispatch marketing collaterals and prepare related MIS reports.
• Support brand teams during product launches, activations and events, monitoring spend against budget and highlighting deviations.
• Process PO and invoices within defined service level agreements and maintain accurate data for collateral and brand support.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS covering commercial and brand hierarchy.

Required profile

• Graduation from any discipline.
• 1‑2 years of experience in accounts, commercial or vendor management functions.
• Conceptual understanding of accounting logic.
• Strong communication skills.
