Executive - Sales Commercial

About the role

The Executive – Sales Commercial will provide backend support to the sales function, ensuring timely material delivery, efficient warehouse operations, and compliance with all established procedures. This role bridges sales, logistics, and compliance to meet overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor order cycle time and collaborate with customers and sales teams to resolve material service issues.
• Support material storage and delivery for related businesses such as Home Improvement.
• Oversee warehouse productivity, conduct regular stock verification, and manage documentation and legal agreements.
• Implement and optimize the Transport Management System and rationalize route plans.
• Assess and propose infrastructure capex projects for warehouses and sales offices, and execute them according to schedule.
• Assist regional teams with overhead budgeting, monitor freight cost per ton, and ensure expenses stay within limits.
• Process vendor payments, track pending items, and coordinate quarterly reconciliations.
• Maintain statutory licenses, update compliance portals, and support audits (ISO, 5S, internal).
• Conduct safety audits and ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and circulate monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) with at least 50% marks and no backlogs.
• Full‑time graduation.
