About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager who will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will understand client needs, drive product adoption, and help customers achieve success with our platform.
Key responsibilities
- Work cross‑functionally with all stakeholders to ensure customer success.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Visit customers on‑site to identify growth opportunities within the platform.
- Manage reporting on the health and performance of customer accounts.
Required profile
- Previous experience in account management or a client‑facing role.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
