Executive Protection Officer

About the role

The Executive Protection Officer is responsible for safeguarding designated individuals, premises, and assets through proactive on‑ground security measures. The role requires strict adherence to security policies, constant vigilance, and rapid response to any threats or incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Implement protection strategies and protocols defined by the Executive Protection Lead.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites or residences and secure all entry/exit points.
• Monitor and control access, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
• Operate and monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems to maintain situational awareness.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities and report them to the Executive Protection Lead.
• Escort protected individuals, manage safe transportation, and execute emergency evacuation procedures.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, threats, or incidents and coordinate with law‑enforcement and emergency services.
• Prepare detailed post‑incident reports with recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Ability to maintain constant vigilance and identify potential threats.
• Strict compliance with organizational security policies and directives.
• Effective communication and coordination with internal teams, law‑enforcement agencies, and external service providers.
• Capability to produce clear, concise incident reports.
