Executive Protection Officer

About the role

The Executive Protection Officer is responsible for safeguarding designated individuals, premises, and assets through proactive on‑ground security measures. Working under the direction of the Executive Protection Lead, the role requires constant vigilance, strict adherence to security policies, and rapid response to any incidents or threats.

Key responsibilities

• Implement protection strategies and protocols as defined by the Executive Protection Lead.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites or residences, ensuring all entry and exit points remain secure.
• Monitor and control access to premises, allowing entry only to authorized personnel.
• Operate and monitor surveillance systems, such as CCTV, to maintain situational awareness and detect anomalies.
• Escort individuals, monitor movements, and ensure safe transportation.
• Execute emergency evacuation or safety protocols instantly when required.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and internal teams during crises.
• Prepare detailed post‑incident reports outlining actions taken and recommendations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in executive or close protection duties.
• Ability to maintain constant vigilance and quickly identify potential threats.
• Strict compliance with organizational security policies and directives.
• Proven capability to respond promptly and decisively to security breaches or emergencies.
• Effective teamwork with security personnel, law‑enforcement agencies, and support staff.
