Executive N - Production

About the role

The Executive N – Production is responsible for ensuring that all production processes follow established procedures and batch requirements. The role oversees shift planning, operator deployment, and maintains accurate production records while coordinating with supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to production processes and raw‑material additions as per batch requirements.
• Execute SAP transactions, capture equipment breakdowns, and maintain environmental and quality records.
• Plan and monitor shift activities, including manpower, machine allocation, and consumable availability.
• Deploy operators for each shift, supervise batch charging/processing, and conduct in‑process checks.
• Prepare shift reports, update efficiency records, and raise requisitions for consumables.
• Conduct daily sectional rounds and monitor stock levels.
