Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Hyderabad. You will oversee the planning, setup and execution of event productions, manage schedules and equipment logistics, and lead on‑site crews to deliver high‑quality events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules for each event.
• Coordinate equipment movement from the 150,000 sq ft warehouse to venues.
• Supervise on‑site crews, ensuring timely and safe installation.
• Collaborate with event planners, designers and technical teams on staging, lighting, AV and other technical requirements.
• Handle vendor coordination, resource allocation and quality control.
• Monitor budgets, optimise processes and control costs.
• Implement risk management and health‑safety standards.
• Provide clear communication and leadership to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Strong production and operations management experience, including scheduling and resource planning.
• Hands‑on experience with event logistics and technical setups such as staging, lighting and audio‑visual systems.
• Proven leadership supervising cross‑functional teams and external vendors under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated budget management, cost‑control and process‑improvement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Event Management, Production, Operations or a related field, with prior senior production experience.
