Europe Import Billing Coordinator

About the role

The Europe Import Billing Coordinator supports UPS’s Europe Import Billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of billing transactions while maintaining high service standards. This role acts as a bridge between Operations, Finance & Accounting, Account Executives, and country stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process Europe Import Billing (PPW) transactions accurately and within defined SLAs.
• Allocate workload within the team to meet productivity and service targets.
• Monitor daily operations and provide status updates to management.
• Conduct billing audits and ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational or customer issues promptly.
• Train and onboard new team members on billing processes and systems.
• Provide floor support and guidance to team members.
• Share process updates, best practices, and knowledge enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support management initiatives and participate in special projects.
• Perform other job‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience within the UPS Billing Department.
• Working knowledge of Europe Billing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
