Enterprise IT Services Sales – North Region

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead and expand our Enterprise and Government/PSU accounts for digital IT and engineering solutions in the North region of India. Based in Delhi, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and drive revenue growth through cross‑selling and upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Enterprise and Govt/PSU accounts, building relationships with CXOs, delivery heads, procurement and IT leadership.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across business units and geographies.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth delivery and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans, including stakeholder maps and revenue forecasts.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and executive briefings with clients.
• Collaborate with delivery, pre‑sales, solution architects and marketing to create compelling proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably with digital IT services, engineering or embedded solutions.
• Experience managing Government/PSU accounts is an advantage.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior executives.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
