Engineering Project Manager – Customer Experience

About the role

Apple’s Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization is looking for an Engineering Project Manager to drive the delivery of software solutions that power cloud‑based support tools for millions of customers worldwide. You will own the full project lifecycle, aligning engineering, product and business teams across global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of software engineering projects from initiation through launch.
• Define and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, milestones, timelines, resources and risks.
• Serve as the primary liaison among engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, QA, DevOps and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Proactively identify, track and mitigate risks, dependencies and change requests.
• Facilitate collaboration across globally distributed, time‑zone diverse teams.

Required profile

• Master of Business Administration.
• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in engineering project or program management.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
