Engineering Manager

About the role

As an Engineering Manager you will lead one or more product development teams responsible for designing, building and evolving data‑centric software solutions. You will ensure that technical delivery aligns with business goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams, promoting collaboration, professional growth and Agile practices.
• Oversee full software development lifecycle for microservices, APIs and data‑centric applications.
• Define and enforce system architecture standards that prioritize scalability, flexibility and security.
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Allocate resources across projects, balancing priorities to meet delivery timelines.
• Champion engineering excellence through CI/CD, test‑driven development, secure coding and cloud optimization (AWS/Azure).
• Identify performance bottlenecks and drive optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with information security and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, retain and develop top engineering talent.

Required profile

• 12+ years of software design and development experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engineering teams and deliver complex projects.
