Electrical Maintenance Engineer (PFY-HMD PY)

About the role

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of electrical equipment within the plant. The role involves executing scheduled and emergency maintenance, supporting projects, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly electrical maintenance plans in coordination with planning and plant teams.
• Perform critical preventive and corrective maintenance tasks while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Manage spare‑part inventory, track levels, inspect received materials and ensure availability of critical spares.
• Support troubleshooting, repair and refurbishment of electrical equipment and components.
• Participate in task‑based risk assessments, obtain permits, and follow MOC and CAPEX procedures.
• Contribute to root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions on time.
• Develop and standardise test procedures, best practices and guidelines for electrical equipment improvement.
• Assist in electrical maintenance cost budgeting and ensure compliance with HSEF standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial plant environment.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning, inventory management and risk assessment processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with planning, engineering and operations teams.
