Injection Molding Operator

About the role

The company is seeking an Injection Molding Operator to work on plastic processing equipment at its Surat facility. The role involves operating injection molding machines, preparing raw material mixes, and ensuring smooth production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines according to product specifications.
• Prepare and mix raw material (granules, powders) for molding cycles.
• Operate grinding and mixing equipment, including grinder machines.
• Load and unload molds, monitor cycle times, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety standards.

Required profile

• 1 to 4+ years of experience in plastic injection molding or related manufacturing.
• Previous work in a labour‑intensive plastics processing environment.
• Ability to follow machine settings and quality guidelines.
• Physical stamina for handling material loading and machine operation.
