EE Test Manager / Tester R&D

About the role

Aumovio, a technology and electronics company focused on automotive mobility, is seeking an EE Test Manager/Tester for R&D to lead hardware test planning and validation for ECU development projects. The role involves defining test strategies, executing board‑level validation, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage hardware test activities for ECU development, including test plans, schedules, and validation coverage.
• Develop and execute functional, electrical, integration, and board‑level validation tests, and generate detailed test reports.
• Perform board‑level debugging, root‑cause analysis, and support hardware‑software issue resolution.
• Validate communication interfaces such as CAN, LIN, SPI, and FlexRay and support ECU‑level testing.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, system, and project teams, tracking progress and communicating risks and status.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering; M.Tech/M.E./M.S. is a plus.
• 4‑5 years of experience in electronics hardware testing and validation, with at least 2 years of board‑level testing.
• Strong debugging skills at the hardware‑software interface and experience creating, executing, and reporting test cases.
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AEC‑Q101/102, CISPR 25, ISO 16750, ISO 7637‑2, ISO 11452.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
