Dynamic Sales Trainer for Fitness Industry

About the role

WTF Gyms is seeking an energetic Sales Trainer to elevate the performance of its sales teams across all business verticals. You will design and deliver training that turns fresh talent into top‑earning professionals, supporting membership, personal training, corporate wellness, franchise, and partnership sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Conduct classroom workshops, on‑field coaching sessions, role‑plays, and live sales interventions at gym locations.
• Create a structured certification pathway and maintain training records.
• Develop sales playbooks, SOPs, scripts, objection‑handling frameworks, and digital learning content.
• Analyze conversion metrics, perform call audits, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Club, and Fitness Managers to boost team productivity and revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or enablement, preferably within the fitness or wellness sector.
• Strong ability to translate sales concepts into practical, actionable learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel across multiple gym locations for on‑site coaching.
