Director of Partner Commerce & Digital Commerce

About the role

The Director of Partner Commerce & Digital Commerce is responsible for driving profitable growth, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence across the DPC business. The role leads a portfolio of B2B eCommerce partners, translating business objectives into growth opportunities while ensuring sustainable revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver channel revenue, profitability, and market‑share targets; develop annual business plans and forecasts.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with partners; lead joint business planning, performance reviews, and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with customers to improve sales performance, assortment, pricing, content quality, and marketplace visibility.
• Manage account‑level P&L, trade investments, promotional spend, and track performance against revenue, margin, inventory, and order targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team; set objectives, KPIs, and development plans.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to ensure flawless execution.

Required profile

• Significant experience in B2B eCommerce, partner management, and commercial negotiations.
• Proven track record of owning P&L responsibility and delivering growth targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.

Required skills

• Experience with digital marketplace platforms and content management.
• Knowledge of eCommerce analytics and performance measurement.
