About the role

The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Director of Sales – Domestic Leisure to drive revenue growth across its portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts in India. The role will develop and execute the domestic leisure sales strategy while strengthening B2B relationships with key travel partners, luxury travel advisors, and high‑value distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the domestic leisure sales strategy for all Leela properties in India.
• Strengthen and manage B2B relationships with travel partners, luxury travel advisors, and premium distribution channels.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for leisure business.

Required profile

• Seasoned luxury hospitality sales professional with a strong network in the Indian travel trade.
• Proven ability to deliver premium leisure business and meet revenue objectives.
