Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

As the Director of FP&A you will be the strategic architect of CertifyOS’s financial planning and operational engine during a pivotal phase of hyper‑growth. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, you will build forward‑looking FP&A infrastructure, long‑range financial models, and real‑time dashboards to scale the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the C‑suite to translate complex financial data into growth strategies, identify unit‑economic levers, and optimize capital allocation.
• Own the multi‑year financial model, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis across SaaS, usage‑based, and hybrid revenue streams.
• Embed with Growth, Product, Customer Success and Operations teams to design deal packaging, tiered pricing, and enterprise contract structures.
• Design, implement and automate a modern FP&A tech stack (CPM tools, BI dashboards, ERP integrations) to move from manual spreadsheets to real‑time analytics.
• Recruit, develop and mentor a lean FP&A team, evolving the function from a reporting role to a proactive business partner.
• Prepare executive dashboards, quarterly Board presentations and investor communications, framing insights into compelling narratives.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of finance experience with at least 5 years in pure‑play FP&A leadership, preferably scaling a B2B SaaS or HealthTech company.
• Proven strategic partner mindset, driving operational strategy and capital efficiency for C‑level executives.
• Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS unit economics, GTM mechanics and multi‑product financial modeling.
• Demonstrated mastery of AI‑driven tools, modern FP&A planning platforms and scalable financial infrastructure.
• Direct experience producing Board‑level decks and managing executive stakeholder communications.
