Director of Finance

About the role

The Director of Finance will lead all financial activities for the Anantara Jewel Bagh Jaipur Hotel, ensuring the highest standards of honesty, integrity and financial performance. This senior position supports the business, guests and colleagues by providing accurate financial information, strategic input and robust internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial input into the formulation and implementation of the hotel’s strategic plan and annual budget.
• Maximise cash‑flow performance and optimise working capital.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and procedures for all revenues, expenses and asset protection.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial and operating reporting, providing analysis, interpretations and projections in line with the finance manual.
• Develop and mentor the finance team, identifying training needs and supporting professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and obtain appropriate legal counsel when required.
• Safeguard contracts, leases and other financial records through proper storage and controlled access.
• Uphold high ethical standards in dealings with clients, suppliers, financial partners and internal stakeholders.
