About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Director of Finance with a hospitality background to lead its finance function. The role combines strategic financial management with hands‑on leadership of the accounting team, ensuring the organization’s fiscal health while supporting guest‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting department, ensuring efficient financial processes and resilience to growth.
• Develop, monitor, and report on the hotel budget and profit & loss performance.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Review business performance and accounting practices, providing recommendations to improve financial results.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements, documenting due‑diligence activities.
