Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

ABC Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and measurement of below‑the‑line (BTL) marketing campaigns. The role will bridge the brand with target audiences through events, on‑site activations, and direct consumer engagement, driving brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, forecast and execute BTL marketing campaigns across all ABC Digital branches.
• Manage on‑site activities such as college events, webinars, kiosk installations, outdoor advertising, and branding installations in public spaces.
• Recruit, train and lead agencies, promoters and on‑ground sales teams to ensure seamless lead delivery.
• Collaborate closely with zonal and branch managers to design inbound lead generation strategies and align marketing collateral with sales needs.
• Coordinate weekly/fortnightly calls with branch managers to gather requirements and provide campaign updates.
• Organise and execute corporate, RWA, hotspot, college activations, seminars and webinars.
• Measure campaign performance, optimise tactics, and report results to stakeholders.
• Conduct competition analysis and create seasonal offers to boost product sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and executing BTL marketing campaigns.
• Experience recruiting, training and managing agencies or on‑ground sales teams.
• Strong coordination skills with sales and branch managers.
• Ability to travel to branch locations and oversee field activations.
• Analytical mindset for measuring results and conducting competition analysis.
