Digital Lead – Corporate Communications

About the role

The Digital Lead will support the corporate communications team by managing information flow, coordinating internal operations and ensuring the company’s image is consistently promoted. This role combines project management, stakeholder liaison and reporting to drive successful delivery of communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, track and record progress of communication projects, applying best‑practice project management techniques.
• Act as convener for the Corporate Communication War Room: prepare agendas, conduct research and provide inputs.
• Prepare MIS reports and other documentation by coordinating with editorial sub‑functions.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure action items are completed on schedule.
• Support internal teams in information management and operational coordination.

Required profile

• Graduation or post‑graduation degree.
• 5–10 years of experience in corporate communications, media or related fields.
• Strong interest in corporate communication concepts and processes.
• Team player with initiative, perseverance and resourcefulness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of the media industry.
