Designer – Home & Lifestyle (10‑15 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Designer to lead end‑to‑end product development for our Home & Lifestyle range. You will drive market research, trend analysis, and concept creation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely launches and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Create concepts, mood boards and 2D/3D sketches for new product ideas.
• Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing technical drawings and coordinate joinery and hardware details.
• Conduct print sampling, set colour combinations, and develop innovative layouts.
• Visit exhibitions, museums and design fairs to stay updated on fabrics, prints and trends.
• Develop design briefs for consultants, review and close briefs with designers, suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure the product range meets benchmark criteria for craft, price point and classification.
• Lead photo‑gathering, mood‑board creation, and coordinate photoshoots, styling and image editing.
• Present market research, best‑seller analysis and design concepts to category managers and senior leadership.
• Oversee launch of collections on web stores, e‑catalogues and social media platforms.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of design experience in a retail or craft environment.
• Strong ability to translate market insights into viable product concepts.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying new business opportunities.
