We are seeking a Design Engineer specialized in Control & Protection to join our Bangalore team. You will develop engineering solutions for product design and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions for product design and testing.
- Lead comprehensive testing and validation activities to verify reliability, functionality, and performance.
- Manage product development projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Analyze testing data to identify design optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal engineers, designers, and stakeholders to align design and testing goals with business objectives.
Required profile
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Electromechanical or related field.
- Proven ability to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on quality and performance.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
