Deputy Manager – Finance & Treasury (Assistant)

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a proactive professional to support its Finance & Treasury function in Bengaluru. The role focuses on optimizing cash resources, forecasting cash flows, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives within treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and organise liquidity management processes to maintain adequate cash balances while optimising cash utilisation, including surplus management and financing.
• Obtain and maintain accurate cash‑flow data, monitor trends and produce forecasts to enable informed financial decisions.
• Participate in working‑capital enhancement discussions, covering channel finance and supply‑chain finance, to support the company’s digital transformation journey.
• Assist in the development and implementation of automated treasury systems and tools, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
• Secure necessary approvals for cash‑management transactions in line with organisational policies to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions and asset‑management companies to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Receive and process financial data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for treasury reporting.

Required profile

• CA, CMA or MBA in Finance from a recognised institute.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the treasury function of a large organisation or multinational, with hands‑on exposure to cash management and related financial activities.
