Customer Service Associate – Voice Support – English & Hindi

About the role

Fusion CX is hiring Customer Service Associates for voice support in Siliguri. The role involves handling inbound customer calls in Hindi or English, using digital tools and contact‑centre applications to resolve queries accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Hindi and English, understanding their needs and providing clear, professional assistance.
• Use internet and mobile applications, MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM/telephony systems within a Citrix Workspace environment to manage interactions.
• Maintain accurate written records, adhering to typing, grammar, and sentence‑construction standards.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Class XII/H.S. pass.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• English competency equivalent to Versant Level 3‑4; Hindi fluency.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm with no errors; written English at CEFR B1 level.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience with CRM, telephony, and contact‑centre applications via Citrix Workspace.
• Proficiency with internet and mobile applications and basic system navigation.
